Windfall is a beautiful black stallion licensed by the Hanoverian Verband in 1997. In 2002 he was fully licensed and approved by the American Hanoverian Society, ISR/Oldenburg N.A. and Oldenburg Horse Breeders Society. Charlotte Bredahl-Baker imported Windfall as a five year old in the fall of 2000. In 2001 Windfall was named USDF Horse of the Year a 3rd level, with a median score of 72%. In 2002 as a seven year old, Windfall was named Horse of the Year at 4th level for the American Hanoverian Society with a median score of 68.8. He is now competing at PSG and INT 1. He has a wonderful temperament and is very trainable. His movement is very elastic and he is extremely supple. Windfall's first crop of foals was born in 1999 in Denmark. He produces impressive foals with beautiful heads, necks and top-lines. Charlotte Bredahl-Baker bought a 1999 colt by Windfall and says "he is the most trainable horse I have ever had". Windfall descends from two of the most sought after bloodlines in Europe. His father Weltmeyer was the 1986 winner of the stallion licensing in Verden and in 1987 was winner of the stallion performance test and the Three year old Bundeschampion in Warendorf. In 1998 Weltmeyer became Hanoverian Stallion of the Year. By 2000 he has produced 70 licensed sons. The dam-sire line descends from Furioso II. He is the Selle Francais superstar that has become the hereditary transmitted producer of so many spectacular performance horses. His sons and grandsons that have continued Furioso II's performance and breeding successes include: KWPN's Voltaire, Trakehner Florastan I, Oldenburger Purioso, Hanoverian Feiner Stern along with other approve German stallions and over 200 State Premium Mares.
